Bateau Bay Physiotherapy are able to advise on possible management options for fractures, whether it be managed conservatively in a splint, cast or boot or if a requiring surgical procedure and a referral to an Orthopaedic specialist. If managed conservatively, Stuart will be able to fabricate as cast or splint during your appointment. Stuart will additionally provide you with exercises to reduce complications during healing such as stiffness and provide you with strengthening exercises as appropriate to help return back to pre-injury status.
